Nagpur always has been a big collection center for Bollywood Movies. Every now & then, you can see stars from the latest hindi flick come over to Nagpur to promote their films. Nagpur audience is always ready to lap up anything new that is on offer. And this time, Nagpurians have a something from their own backyard.

Dvandva (Duality) is a soon to be released Hindi film completely written, shot & edited in Nagpur! With a running time of 110 minutes, Dvandva has been directed by CHHATRAPAL NINAWE & produced by ANURAG KULKARNI & ADIL MOHAMMED. Dvandva is an independent film from Cinema54 and Sa Digital. The theme of Dvandva is about the continous fight between right & wrong in our lives. The story revolves around search of a mysterious contract killer. Each of the character faces the Dvandva of right & wrong & how they deal with it forms the  crux of the film.

" Dvandva was shot on location in central India in and around the city of Nagpur. We are very indebted to the many people from Nagpur who helped us with Dvandva, they were simply amazing. We are quite proud that Dvandva is the first Hindi/English film to be completely shot in Nagpur and this did pose quite a few challenges for the production crew. For e.g. we had originally opted to go for sync sound for the film, and on the first day of the shoot we had this sinking feeling that it was not gonna work. The silent generator which we had rented for the shoot was not exactly “silent” and we found that this is what most people considered “silent” in this parts of the country .... "
