Barbecue, one of the favorite destinations of the city is one of the few eateries most of the foodies must have visited at least once. In fact, we can put it as, having not visited it is a crime….
Located on the Mount Road, Barbecue is the sole reason for the heavy traffic on this road. It is an open air restaurant. This establishment is nearly 15-20 years old. But the thing that hasn’t changed over the years is the quality taste.They serve super best food and you need not be a gourmet to say that. The place is small, but what matters to a food lover??? The aroma wafting through the kitchen will make you all the more hungry. One can never grow tired of this stuff.
If you are a non veg lover, you have a lot to try out. Here veg is as yum as the non veg!
They do not take reservations. Because the restaurant is always full. The scene is usually noisy with people in a queue waiting anxiously to be served. Eating on a weekend might earn you a little bit of wait. Tuesday is a day off for the working staff of Barbecue and hence it is the only day in the entire week when Mount Road is not jam packed with vehicles.
The service is super fast. Has to be since the place is always teeming with people. Staff is smiling and ready to serve.
It is a little over priced though. If your wallet allows, its a great place to go every now and then.
