Hello Nagpurians, We wish you all a very Happy Joy Of Giving Week (27th sep- 3rd oct). This week reminds us of our great leader Mahatma Gandhi and his service to the Mankind. Let us also realize our responsibility towards society and take steps to bring about a change directly or indirectly.

The Joy Of Giving Week (27th sep-3rd Oct) is celebrated at the National level.

Goonj one of the major partners for the entire campaign has initiated a 25 cities Material Collection Drive- "VASTRA-SAMMAN". The material collected from the cities will be used as a motivation for villagers to repair their own roads, dig wells, build bridges, clean their villages etc. Goonj is also holding a VASTRA-SAMMAN drive in Nagpur.

At Nagpur the Material Collection Drive- "VastraSamman" is going to be held from 1st Oct- 3rd oct-09. Goonj has identified more than 25 centres where collection would be going on anytime during the week. The three centres at prominent locations would be open for public to make their contribution from 1st oct-3rd oct, 9am -6pm.

What you can Contribute

Old/New clothes, utensils, footwear, dry ration, umbrellas, newspapers & magazines, one side used papers, school material, books, old bicycle, spectacles, toys and monetary contributions.
